Aged in 100% French oak with less than 15% new, the oak impact is subtle —  imparting just a “kiss of oak” on the palate while allowing the fruit of the vineyard and growing season to shine through. The wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation, maintaining acidity that is bright and crisp, and yielding a Chardonnay that is enjoyable both young and old, with the potential to cellar for decades.
