Join us in the Tubbs Hall of our chateau where local food writer Janet Fletcher will guide us through a comparative tasting of the best American cheeses from eight different states.

Explore the impact of flavor and texture when pairing cheese with wine. Janet Fletcher, renowned James Beard Award-winning journalist, will take us on a journey through eight artisanal cheeses and wine pairings. As we progress through the tasting, you will enjoy select Montelena releases, including library vintages, while learning which styles of cheese pair best with an array of varietals.
