1975 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

A statement of elegance is our goal with Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 1975 vintage is no exception. We go to great lengths to achieve the perfect balance that will allow our Cabernets to show off their complex combination of flavors.

Two full years of wood age, as practiced at the Chateau, is essential for the wine's development, if all the flavors are to be given a chance to emerge. The one year of bottle age we give to every Cabernet prior to release is an absolute minimum. We suggest at least another two or three years age in your cellar before you seriously begin consuming the 1975 Cabernet Sauvignon.
