Wait. What?! Hey Jamie – - How about some flavor profile information. This is, after all, why people visit a winery’s website.
Hi Bryan, I’ll leave the tasting notes to our winemaking team… here are Winemaker Cameron Parry’s notes on the 09 Sauvignon Blanc:
Brilliantly clear and pale straw in color, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with bright aromas of grapefruit, melon, and lime leaf with undertones of cedar and fig. In the mouth, the bright acid is well-balanced with layers of rich fruit: dried apricot, peach, and tropical tones with a crisp lime finish. Juicy and refreshing it evokes images of afternoons by the pool and picnics in the park.
