Marks The Spot Fine Food
We love showcasing northern California’s bounty. Owner Mark Raymond has honed his cooking skills literally around the world, having worked in kitchens in New Zealand, Australia, London, Spain and Sonoma. He spent five years working in the wine industry as a Cellar Assistant, National Sales Manager, General Manager and Winery Chef, which has given him a great sense of the art of wine and food pairing. In 2010, he started Marks the Spot Fine Food, and has been featured in The New York Times, Conde Nast Traveler, the Press Democrat and The Napa Register.
NV Tea Company
NV Tea Company carries organic and non-GMO teas from small tea farmers from all over the world. We also handcraft special gourmet teas that are locally blended here in the wine country.
The Napa Valley of California is world famous for its wine production. The oak barrels used in the wine making process absorb and retain the deep, rich color of the wine. The vast majority of these barrels are either discarded or converted into planters. I have created a unique way of recycling this resource into fine, beautifully hand-crafted furniture.
Arturo and his mother Maria have been behind the grill making these delicious pupusas for years now. She learned from a friend who is originally from El Salvador, and throughout the years she has been perfecting the recipe and adding a twist of Mexican-inspired spice and flavor.
Regina’s Heavenly Treats
All of my treats follow traditional recipes and only the freshest, natural ingredients are used. Most recipes are gluten-free and very little product goes unused. Excess chocolate, toffee and crushed almonds go into other recipes and make great toppings for ice cream and other desserts.
Tim Howe, a New Zealand native, is an internationally recognized landscape painter with studios in both Napa and Barcelona. Howe’s works reflect his contemporary interpretation of landscapes, showcasing his ability to incorporate both Abstraction and Impressionism. By incorporating dramatic use of color and texturing, while skillfully blending both brush and palette knife with a unique and modern flair, the result is a varied body of work that skillfully blends nature between seemingly opposing viewpoints.
